Chef Toi created So Many Flavors as a way to support dairy-sensitive and FODMAP*-friendly eaters. We provide dishes that are not only vibrant in color, but in flavor and experience. We specialize in finger foods and miniature versions of savory meals and sweet treats.
*FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly. Some people experience digestive distress after eating them.
